sqlite3 module from pypy with static sqlite3 build

How to use?

run python _sqlite3_build.py and copy the .pyd & _sqlite3.py file to the lib.

Why?

  Because I want to use the latest sqlite version with dbapi. I found out the pypy version is easier to hack.
